2. Data we process
Visiting the website
When you open our website, the server of our hosting provider automatically stores technical information sent by your browser (for example IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type and operating system). This data is used to run the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or use the valuation form, we process the information you give us. This includes, for example, your name, email address, phone number and details of your property (property type, location, rooms, living area, notes). The form opens your own email program. The data is only sent when you send the message yourself.
Providing our services
As part of a mandate (sale, letting or advice), we process the data required for it from owners as well as from prospective buyers and tenants. This includes, for example, contact details and information about the property. For prospective tenants, we also check their creditworthiness.
3. Purpose of processing
- Answering your enquiries and preparing property valuations
- Preparing and carrying out mandates for sale, letting and advice
- Operating, securing and improving the website
- Meeting legal obligations (for example retention requirements)
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
5. Third party services
Google Fonts
To display the fonts, we use Google Fonts provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA). When you open the website, your browser loads the fonts from Google servers, and your IP address is transmitted to Google. More information: Google privacy policy.
Links to social networks and maps
Our website contains links to LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and to the websites of our partners. These are simple links. No content from these services is embedded, and no data is sent to them unless you click a link. Once you click, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are transmitted through the services of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). If you do not want this, please contact us by email or phone.
6. Disclosure of data
We only pass on your personal data where this is necessary to provide our services (for example to prospective buyers or tenants, notaries, land registry offices or banks in the course of a sale), where you have given your consent, or where we are legally required to do so. We also use service providers for hosting and email who process data on our behalf. We do not pass on data for advertising purposes.
7. Transfers abroad
Some of the providers mentioned (for example Google, Meta) may also process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. If data is transferred to a country without adequate data protection, we ensure that suitable safeguards are in place (for example standard contractual clauses or certification under the data privacy framework between Switzerland and the USA).
8. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law (usually ten years for business records). Enquiries that do not lead to a mandate are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS).
10. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have in particular the right to
- request information about the data we process about you,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- request the deletion of your data or a restriction of its processing,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- receive your data in a common format.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): www.edoeb.admin.ch.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
